How the free trial works

| Today | Choose a plan, add a payment method and start working with all features of that plan. Nothing is charged. |
| Day 11 | You receive an email reminding you that the trial ends soon. |
| Day 14 | If you have not cancelled by then, the plan is charged monthly from day 15. |
| After that | Cancel monthly. Switch to a larger or smaller plan at any time; your data stays. |
nimaro is not a cash register. For cash sales in Austria you still need a registered cash register under the RKSV – nimaro handles quotes, invoices, incoming payments and receipts.
Balance sheet and annual accounts: no plan replaces your tax adviser for the annual accounts, which are usually prepared and confirmed by them. A small GmbH may, at the owner’s own responsibility, file its annual accounts with the commercial register court itself. Pricing questions
Are the prices net or gross?
All prices are net per month, plus 20 % VAT. As a VAT-registered business you reclaim the VAT through your VAT return.
Can private individuals subscribe?
No. nimaro is sold exclusively to businesses – freelancers, sole traders and companies.
What happens if I cancel during the trial?
Nothing is charged. Cancelling during the trial is free and takes one click in your account.
Is there a minimum term?
No. After the trial the plan runs monthly and can be cancelled monthly.
